INGRIDIENTS : 500 gm Jackfruit 1/2 cup Coriander  1/2 inch Ginger 10 clove of garlic 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1Tbs Cooking oil 1 Medium size Onion (finely chopped) 1 tsp Red chilli powder  1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Coriander Powder  Salt as per Taste  Water if required 1/2 tsp Garam Masala/any MDH masala   2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped) INSTRUCTIONS :  For Green Masala :   1/2 cup Coriander , 1/2 inch Ginger, 10 clove of garlic, 1 tsp Cumin seeds transfer to a Mixer grinding jar a& grind them. For  Jackfruit  Masala :        Set a pan on medium heat cooking oil and 1 Medium size Onion (finely chopped) fry for you see light golden brown while stirring in intervals, keeping the flame low.
