Fish fry recipe : Delicious, crispy & spicy fish fry makes for a great appetizer or a side to a meal. We make fish fry of some ingredients. We did not add any extra masala or paste for it. This recipe is very easy to follow, to every one & yields a tasty crispy fish.  It can be served as a side with any variety of rice. First Margination for the fish to absorb all the flavours and spice. Second margination to give a crust to the fish. So let’s get started

   INGRIDIENTS :

  • 500 gm Rohu FISH रोहू मछली
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder हल्दी पाउडर
  • Some salt नमक
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder लाल मिर्च पाउडर
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder काली मिर्च पाउडर
  • 1pc – lemon juice नींबू का रस
  • Roasted Rava भुना हुआ रवा
  • 3-4 tsp Oil for shallow fry तेल

Serve hot (immediately after fry) with sprinkle some chaat masala चाट मसाला & salad सलाद

तलने के तुरंत बाद चाट मसाला छिड़कें और सलाद के साथ परोसें

INSTRUCTIONS :   

·         Mix all the 3 dry ingredients : turmeric powder, salt, Red chilli powder (adjust salt if needed)

·         Marinate the fish with this marinade & add lemon juice. Mix it very well. Set aside for 30 minutes.

·         After 30 minutes coat the fish in the roasted Rava. Coat on both the sides. Set aside in a plate

·         For crispy fish fry add 3-4 tsp oil to a hot pan and spread it well.

·         Fry on both sides, take care while you flip the fillet otherwise it may break. Fry few curry leaves along with the fish to garnish (it is a optional). Fry till golden. Flip carefully.

·         Sprinkle some Chaat masala on top

·         Garnish and serve fish fry immediately with hot Rice, salad.
