INGRIDIENTS :

  • 500 gm Jackfruit
  • 1/2 cup Coriander 
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 10 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1Tbs Cooking oil
  • 1 Medium size Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder 
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder 
  • Salt as per Taste 
  • Water if required
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala/any MDH masala  
  • 2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)


INSTRUCTIONS :

 For Green Masala: 1/2 cup Coriander , 1/2 inch Ginger, 10 clove of garlic, 1 tsp Cumin seeds transfer to a Mixer grinding jar a& grind them.

For Jackfruit Masala : 

     Set a pan on medium heat cooking oil and 1 Medium size Onion (finely chopped) fry for you see light golden brown while stirring in intervals, keeping the flame low. After some time, add 2 tsp Green Masala  and Saute for 1-2  minutes. 

    Than add dry masala Red chilli, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder and Saute for 1-2 minutes. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the oil is separate.

    Than Add boiled Jackfruit and mix well and adjust the consistency of the gravy by adding water. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. after cooked the jackfruit add 2 tsp finely chopped coriander and serve with rice, rot, etc.... enjoy !

Than Add Cumin, Cloves, Green Cardamum, Black Cardamum, Cinnimon Sticks and cook for 1-2 minutes, Add Ginger-Garlic paste and fry from golden brown. And then Add all Powdered spices and mix well. Add some water, cover and cook for 1-2 minutes. After that add Tomato Paste and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes or until the oil/ghee is separate.

 

Than Add Fried Chicken and mix well and adjust the consistency of the gravy by adding water. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. After that low down the heat and add  Onion – Cashew-Curd Paste and Coriander-Mint Leaves to the gravy and stir gently,  cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the oil/ghee is separate.

 

KADAI CHICKEN IS READY TO BE SERVED, SERVED IT HOT WITH NAAN, ROTI, RICE OF YOUR CHOICE. SERVE HOT.
