INGRIDIENTS :

To COOK DAAL :

¾ CUP Tovar/Arhar Daal

1 & ½ cup water


 Tadkha :

1-2 Tsp oil

1 & ½ tsp mustard seeds (rai)

2-3 Dried whole red Chillies

8-10 Curry Leaves (kadhi patta)

¼ tsp Asafoetida (Hing)

1 Onion (sliced)

2-3  Medicum Sized Pices of Drumsticks

¼ cup Bottle Gourd (Lauki)

1 Big chopped Tomato

¼ cup Brinjal (Baingan)

¼ cup Lady figure

¼ tsp Turmeric (haldi)

1 & ½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

2 & ½ tsp Sambar Masala

1 tsp Some Tamarind PULP

1 tsp Sugar or jiggery (gud)

Salt as per taste
