1 Big chopped Tomato
¼ cup Brinjal (Baingan)
¼ cup Lady figure
¼ tsp Turmeric (haldi)
1 & ½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
2 & ½ tsp Sambar Masala
1 tsp Some Tamarind PULP
1 tsp Sugar or jiggery (gud)
Salt as per taste
