INGRIDIENTS :

(all ingredients should be at room Temperature)

 

Butter 50 gm

Powdered Sugar 36 gm

Almond Powder 10 gm

Corn Starch 15 gm

Egg 20 gm (1pc)

All Purpose flour - 1 cup 200 gm

(Preheat 10min than bake 180C - 15 min)

 

For Custard

1 cup – Full Fat Milk

2 tsp - Sugar

3 tsp  Custard Powder + 4 tsp water 

(cool down completely)


Whipped Cream

¼ cup – whipped cream

Garnish with BARBADOS CHERRY & slices of KIWI
