INGREDIENTS
3 pc – Boiled Potato
2 pc – Green chilli
¼ cup - Capsicum (chopped)
¼ cup – Boiled Corn
Some Coriander (chopped)
¼ tsp – Black pepper (crushed)
SALT as per taste
½ tsp – Oregano
TOMATO CATCHUP & GREEN CHUTNEY

INSTRUCTIONS
1.
firstly, in a large mixing bowl
take 3 boiled and mashed potato, 2 finely chopped Green chilli, capsicum, Boiled
Corn & Coriander.
2.
also add Black pepper, Oregano and
salt.
3.
combine well making sure all the
ingredients are mixed well.
4.
now take 2 slices of bread and spread
1 tbsp tomato sauce and 1 tbsp green chutney on each slice of bread.
5.
spread a tbsp of prepared aloo masala
over bread slice.
6.
cover with another slice of bread and
press gently.
7.
roast the sandwich with butter on
both sides.
8.
finally, cut the bread in half and
serve spicy aloo sandwich.
