Ingredients :

For Butten MASHROOM

  • 150 gm Mashroom
  • 3 tsp Water
  • 2 tsp Maida (plain flour) + 1 tsp cornflour
  • 3 tsp – OIL (FOR SHALLOW FRY)

FOR CHILLI Mashroom Sauce :

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp - Ginger –Garlic (Finely chopped)
  • Small Green Chilli
  • 1 small Capsicum
  • 1 Medium Onion –Sliced
  • ¼ cup Spring Onion
  • 1 tsp - Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Chilli sauce / ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • ¼  tsp - Crushed black pepper
  • ½ Cup Water
  • 1 tsp – Tomato Sauce
  • 2 Tsp cornflour + 4 tsp water
  • Salt to taste
