Paneer Tikka in Microwave | Homemade Paneer Tikka ~ Restaurant style | पनीर टिक्का
Prep time 10-15 mint.Cooking time 25-30 mint.Serve 4-5
Ingredients :
• Paneer 500 gm (cubes)
• 1 tbs - Cooking oil/mustard oil
• 1 tbs - Kashmiri red chilli powder
• 1 tbs - Jeera powder
• 1 tbs - Coriander powder
• ½ tbs - Black salt
• 1 tbs - Amchur powder
• 1 tbs - Garam masala
• 1 tbs - Kasuri methi
• ¼ tbs – Turmeric powder
• 1 Tbs - Roasted besan
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• ½ cup – Curd
• 1 tbs - Fresh coriander (chopped)
• 1 tbs - Fresh mint leaves (chopped)
• ½ cup – Capsicum (diced)
• ½ cup – Onions (petals, diced)
• ½ cup – Tomatoes (diced & deseeded)
MATHODS:
- In a mixing bowl, add mustard oil and kashmiri red chilli powder, mix will to bledd the natural red colour, further add the remaining powdered spices, roasted besan & salt & black pepper powde to taste, mix will and further add, freshly chopped coriander & minit leaves and curd, mix well further add diced onions, tomatoes and capsicum and paneer cubes, mix and marinate will but gently without breaking the paneer cubes.
- furthermore, to marinate, cover and refrigerate
for 30 minutes .smoke the marinated paneer, by placing a live chrocoal and pouring few drops over it, keep it covered for at least 4-5 min to impart smoke flavour (optional) in it,
- skew the paneer, inions, tomatoes and capsicum over a skewer, after skewing, keep the extra marinade aside to be used later in gravy.
- arrange the skewer of marinated paneer and capsicum and onion pieces on grill rack and microwave on grill mode for 10-15 min. Re-arrange in between.
- serve hot, sprinkled with the chaat masala.
