Take 300 gm boneless chicken and add 1 egg to it followed 1 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper, 1/8 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp lemon juice and some salt to taste.
Mix this well and keep aside for some time.
Take 3-4 bread slices and grind them in a mixer grinder to get the coarse bread crumbs.
Take 1/2 cup cornflour and 3 tbsp plain flour (maidand add bread crumbs to the mix followed by some salt to taste.
Now, take a big plastic bag and put the flour mix in the bag. Start adding marinated chicken pieces one by one on the bag.
Pull and twist the top of the bag such that some air gets trapped in it. Shake the bag till each piece of chicken gets a good coat of flour and crumb mix.
Heat some oil in a frying pan and drop the chicken pieces in the oil. Fry them till they become golden brown.
Once done, shake off the excess oil and take them on a paper towel.
