Ingredients
- 300 gm Prawns
- 1 Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Tsp Cornflour
For Recipe
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 3 Tbsp Butter this can be reduced to 2 Tbsp
- 2 ½ Tbsp Chopped Garlic
- ¼ Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Spring Onion
- 2 Medium Chopped Green Chili
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Coriander
- Salt to taste
Instructions
1.
Take 200gm prawns and take off
their shell. Add 1 tbsp cornflour, 1
Lemon Juice, Salt to taste, 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder to
it and mix this well till each prawn gets a good coat of the cornflour.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add 3
tbsp butter to it.

Once the butter starts melting,
add 1 medium chopped green chili and sauté this well.
4.
Now, add 2 tbsp chopped garlic and
2 tbsp chopped spring onion and fry this for a min or two.
5.
Add 2 tbsp chopped green coriander
and sauté
6.
Add the prawns and mix them will
with the garlic butter.
7.
After cooking them for a min, add
1/4 tsp crushed black pepper and salt to taste.
8.
Stir fry prawns on medium to high
flame for 4-5 min or till they are done.
9.
Serve the prawns right away and
enjoy!
