INGREDIENTS:

Soaked samo rice – ½ cup
Boiled potatoes – 3
Finely chopped Green coriander -2-3 tbs
Sendha salt as per taste
Cumin seed 1 tsp
Balck peppers powder 1 tsp
Green chilies – 2-3 finely chopped
Oil for frying


METHOD



·         Take washed, cleaned samo rice, soaked in water for 1 hour. Remove extra water

·         To boil, put the rice in the cooker. Add d2 cups wate to it. Closed the lid of the cooker, cook until a single whistle.

·         Peel and grate some boiled potatoes. Meanwile reduce flame of the cooker if there is whistle. Cook rice for 2 more minutes, then turn of flame. Let pressure escape.

·         Coarsely grind black pepper, meanwhile take out samo rice in bowl to cool take out same rice in bowl to cool

·         Add grated potatoes, add spices such as sendha salt, cumin seeds, finely chopped green chili, coarsely ground black pepper, finely chopped green coriander. Mix all .

·         Grease hands with oil, smoothen dough, meanwhile put oil to heat in work.

·         Grease hands with oil shape into potato fingers and potato balls. check oil .it should be very hot

·         Put the potato fingers to fry one by one, flip and fry on high flame until golden brown and ready.

·         Fry the potato balls to fry likewise. Once fried take them out in a plate
