Ingredients


To MAKE STUFFING :
o   2-3 tsp oil
o   1 tsp finely chopped garlic
o   1 tsp grated ginger
o   1 medium size finely chopped onion
o   1 bowl Coarsely Ground Cabbage
o   ½  bowl finely chopped carrot
o   Salt as per taste
o   1 tsp black pepper powder
o   1 tsp soy sauce

TO MAKE THE DOUGH:
o   1 CUP Atta 
o   Salt as per taste
o   Some water

Instructions 


To Make Dough:
·         Take 1 cup atta and add some salt to it. Make a medium soft dough by adding water gradually.
·         knead it for a min. Cover and set aside for 15 min.
·         After 15 min, knead the dough again for a min.



To make the stuffing:
·         Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan
·         Add 1 tsp grated ginger followed by 1 tsp chopped garlic . Sauté this for a min.
·         Add 1 bowl coarsely ground cabbage, ½ chopped onion, ½ bowl finely chopped carrot and mix it well.  Then add some black pepper powder and salt as per taste and mix well. Cover and cook for 5-6  min.



To make the momos:

·         Take a small portion of the dough and make a thin roundel (around 4-5 inch in diamagnetism a rolling pin.
·         Place some stuffing on the center of the rolled sheet and make a momo shape by folding and pinching and gathering half edge of the sheet. Pinch the half folded edge with the other edge to finish the momo shape. Similarly make all the momos.
·         To steam the momos, boil some water in a deep pan and place a metal ring/stand over the boiling water. Place the momos in the steamer and let them steam for 10-15 min.
·         Once done, serve them piping how with spicy momo chutney. Enjoy!
