[INGREDIENTS]
100 gm Dark chocolate
Some hot milk malting for chocolate
120 gm Oreo Biscuits
3 tsp powdered Sugar
½ cup Milk at room temperature
1 tsp Baking powder
Some chocolate pieces
- Some oil and maida to grease molds
- Some powdered sugar for garnishing
METHOD :

To setup pressure cooker oven:
·
Pour some salt or sand in a kadai and spread
it evenly on the bottom.
Place the plate or any other
stand on the salt or sand layer over which the moulds will be placed.
Close the lid and pre-heat
the oven for 10 min on medium to high flame.

If you are making this in an electric oven,
then pre-heat it at 185°C for 10 min.
To make the batter:
·
Break 100 gm dark chocolate and add hot milk
for melt (a double boiler. Keep stirring till it melts.)

Add 120 gm Oreo biscuit in a powder form, 3
tsp powdered sugar Sift all the ingredients mix well.
·
Mix the melted chocolate with the batter and
give it a good mix.
·
Now, add ½ cup milk (room temperature) for now
and mix the batter.(remove the lums)
·
Now, add the remaining milk to the batter and
mix.
·
Grease homemade mold with some oil or ghee and
maida and fill them 3/4 with this batter. Tap to remove any air bubbles. And add
some piece of dark chocolate in middle of the batter and add remaining batter
on it.
To bake the cake:
·
Place the moulds in the pre-heated kadai and
bake for 10-12 min on low flame.
·
Once done you’ll see the cake is done from the
top but if you shake the kadai or plate a little the centre of the cake will
jiggle a bit. This is how you will get to know that the cake is done.
·
Take out the cake, let it stand for 2-3 mins
and then demold.
·
Cut the cake and dig in the lava oozing out
from it. Enjoy!
