Chicken MASALA | Dry Chicken Masala | Sukha Chicken

Ingredients

Boiling process
500 gm chicken
1 ½ water
Khade masala :
½ tsp soaf
½ tsp jira
½ tsp black pepper
2-3 Green cardaman
4-5 clove
1 Tejpata
1-2 stick cinnamon/dalchini
1 inch ginger
4-5 Garlic
½ medium sized roughly chopped onion
2 tsp cooking oil
1tsp salt as per taste

Onion Paste:
1 tsp oil
2 medium sized chopped onion
½ tsp black pepper
1 stick dalchini/cinnamon
2 black cardaman

Green paste :
1 Cup fresh coriander
1 inch Ginger
10 garlic

For : Dry Chicken Masala
½ cup cooking oil
Add Green and onion paste
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander/dhaniya powder
1tsp garam masala
½ tsp turmeric/haldi powder
Add ¼ cup yakhani


Instructions



·           Take 1 ½ glass water in a presser cooker and add some khada masala like soaf, jira, black pepper, Green cardaman, clove, Tejpata, 1-2 stick cinnamon/dalchini, 1 inch ginger, 4-5 Garlic , ½ medium sized roughly chopped onion, 2 tsp cooking oil, 1tsp salt as per taste. And add 500 grm chicken and cover the led of cooker and after 2-3 whistle turn off the gas.


·         To make the Onion Paste: Fry 2 medium sized thinly sliced onions till they become slightly pink in color and add ½ tsp black pepper , 1 stick dalchini/cinnamon, 2 black cardaman. Cool down then blend.

·         To make the green paste, blend 1 Cup fresh coriander, 1 inch Ginger, 10 garlic by adding a little quantity of water. Keep this aside.

·         Heat a pan and add ½ cup tbsp oil and add onion and green paste. Add 2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander/dhaniya powder, 1tsp garam masala, ½ tsp turmeric/haldi powder and mix everything well and some salt to taste. In goes, 500 gm chicken. Mix it well on a medium flame and for blending add some yakhani and cook for 2-3  min. Serve this chicken hot with roti, naan or bread of your choice. Enjoy!
