Healthy and Tasty Vegetable Salad

   
This stir fry vegetables recipe is super easy to make and healthy and for more important for weight loss.


1st of all boil these vegitables for 6-7mins.

Ingredients:
Easy to make on a Cast Iron Pan or Tawa -1 Tbsp Ghee and add some 6 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
than add some vegitables.

2-4 Baby corns 1 Medium carrot 1/2 of a medium sweet potato
1 Whole capsicum(white/red/yellow)
7-8 bins
Some mutter (you can also use brocolli/small button onions/zuccini etc) salt to taste Curry leaves (you can use any herb of your choice like parsely, thyme, rosemary, coriander leaves etc)

1 Tsp Red chilli flakes 1/2 Tsp blackpepper 1/3 Tsp roasted jeera/cumin 1/3 Tsp coriander/dhaniya powder


A bowl of this is a filling meal with healthy carbs from the sweet potato. You can also serve this with non-veg or rice of your choice.
